A seller below has been trying to sell of his collection at TCR values minus 20%. The chips are his, he is entitled to get what he wants for them, but the same chips are listed over and over again with no takers. Why? 20% off "guide book" values should be a steal, right?

If someone offered to buy my collection at -40% of guide book values, I'd be a fool to keep it. OK, so I am a fool, but that is because they mean something to me, but please consider my point.
