Not a lot to say on this one, except that it is often seen in drilled condition. According to "The Official U.S. Casino Chip Price Guide", 4th edition, the chip is R-5 in drilled condition, and R-7 in undrilled condition. This is one of the few chips that I know of where the rarity in drilled vs. undrilled condition is distinguished (actually it's the only one that I know of off the top of my head, but I'm sure there are others).
