Some of the B&G chips are 40 mm size. Palms used them for a while (maybe still do). They look like the ceramic Chipcos.

AirTite holders do come in different sizes, including sizes for the larger baccarat chips. You can also get foam rings that allow a smaller chip to fit a bigger holder without rattling.
