Note the chip on the left. Two attempts were made a drilling but the drill bit did not go all the way through the chip. On the reverse side of this same chip is another partial hole in a completely different location. I'm pleased to be able to add these holed (cancelled) chips to my PR collection whenever I come accross them. Sometimes that's the only condition in which they are found. If one insists on 100% perfection, you are bound to be often dissappointed.
