I understand your concern. Before I booked at South Point as a member of the Club I made separate reservations at Harrah's and got great deals...they were giving rooms away. I then called South Point and found I could make a better deal than the rate reserved for the club. But I chose to stay loyal to the Club and booked through them. When the BOD (and Jim Kruse) worked to put this together neither they nor the President of the United States (though some bankers and brokers knew) that the market would collapse. We need to support the Club if expect to have good future sites for the convention.
