I call it Bally's, but I think the official name is Bally's Park Place.
But I just went to the website and read several pages describing the hotel and there wasn't one mention of "Park Place".

Perhaps some of the AC guys that follow this type of stuff more closely can comment on the current official name.
I checked Archie's and Ricky's website and they both refer to it as Bally's Park Place.

The more important part is they provided Chinese NY chips the last 2 years and it appears they are not doing one this year
