When I was starting to collect in the 90's, I bought the $20 SMCRWN from the series you show as Las Vegas. I now believe it's a California chip. No original research, but that seems to be the consensus of California collectors and dealers. The "Las Vegas" chip I paid $80 for is now worth considerably less [g].
