I remember that guy!! I had totally forgotten about him, however, until you mentioned him. I saw him in action a few times. He would setup his bus tub, case the table, take a deep breath, and GO! How fun - great memory. Thanks!

I ate at the Paddlewheel numerous times. My passion was the crab legs, though. Man, I put away a few pounds of crablegs. They always also gave you some ribs whenever you ordered crabs so I had a few ribs, too.
