I had never seen this NCV until the chip show last week. It is listed in both chip references but must be pretty scarce.

The Tahoe Harrahs "sailboat" chips is generally accepted as the first Chipco commemorative chip. This one is also dated in 1990. I wonder which came first? This is an oversize chip (44 mm).

I sure one of the car collectors will recognize the car. Is it a Ford roadster from the thirties?
