I think that is what had to have happened. If you go back through his feedback you will note that prior to January 23rd he had as near as I can tell all positive feedback. You will also note that he doesn't have any listings right now. Or the seller could have skipped town which reminds me of a story. About 20 years ago I worked for a paint company that primarily dealt with contractors and industry. There was a huge job that a local contractor won that we dealt with. He couldn't qualify for a line of credit that big but it was going to take so much paint that the higher-ups at corporate approved a line of credit for that job. To make a long story short, the contractor got paid, he disappeared, and my employer was out $15K. They tried to skip trace the guy but he flat out disappeared, became a ghost!
