I think if it is a $5 or even $25 chips from a foreign casino it isn't that big of a deal. Especially in Vegas with other Vegas chips. The problem with the higher denoms is how did they get it, stolen, counterfite or some other lack of accountability in regards to the person cashing them in. Those chips IMHO don't leave the casino too often. Of course I never have a problem like this. Black is about as high as I get when I cash out I mean if I cash out.
