Just got off the phone with Pat Sheehan (one of the country's top pool table restorers). He verified that the chip below belonged to his 3 uncles, William, Howard and Joe Sheehan. The brothers ran a bar/pool room named "The Cozy" in Pendleton, OR from 1918 to 1944. Joe was a bootlegger.

How my friend got this info, not to mention Pat's cell phone number, I couldn't tell you. In fact I don't want to know. This is not found on Google!
