my own. Since I'm not the most organized person, I work really well with lists. Ralph had a system & a lot of stuff in his head 'cuz he did it for so long. He did provided me with many details, and I've tried to compile a list of what, how & when to do my stuff so that when I retire, my predecessor will have a "roadmap" and won't bug me like I've bugged Ralph
