my own. Since I'm not the most organized person, I work really well with lists. Ralph had a system & a lot of stuff in his head 'cuz he did it for so long. He did provided me with many details, and I've tried to compile a list of what, how & when to do my stuff so that when I retire, my predecessor will have a "roadmap" and won't bug me like I've bugged Ralph .

As far as the duties of the others, I can't tell you. Some of your other questions should be answered by someone else more in the know that I am, since I am only the new kid here.
