These are definitely from the Wheeling club. They're typical "Chicago Style" dice too. I wouldn't expect the font on the dice to match the one on the chips. They just didn't do it that way back then. This was the William Johnson syndicate's biggest, fanciest casino. The building is still there, now it's the Chevy Chase golf club, run by the Wheeling park district.

I have an extra matchbook from the place if interested.
