I've got a light blue hat & cane "21 Club" chip that I cannot i.d. either. Hope someone comes up with an answer. I doubt that yours can be traced to the NYC 21 Club; I went there once as a guest of someone with money back in the 60's. Posh but not a gaming place so far as I know.
