...People still have a mind-set of " checks will have to clear bank before item ships", when they list an item for auction (eBay)? Have you checked your bank lately for the charges for over-drafts or stop-payments? I don't think I would like to pay the bank $20/$40 for an $8 item. This seems to me to be a matter of trust. I trust that the item I get is as described, and the seller trusts that my check will clear. Has anyone ever had a problem with a check, within the chip community?
