"Any chance that the bottom two $3 chips (Palace Station Anniversary & Texas Station) are / were poker room chips?"

The Palace Station only used the $3 chip in my scan in the poker room. And even that $3 chip was never made for or intended for the poker room. They just decided a couple of years later to use them there. The Texas Station did not use the anniversary $3 chip in the poker room.
