I think his statement calling it the granddaddy of all illegals was based on the fact that the Floridian 100 was not know except for the example that just surfaced. This example was in a tightly held Florida collection of tokens and I would never have known it existed except when I was sent a color copy of the piece while doing the Florida guide. That was why I listed in the book otherwise I would have just listed the piece as know by color and not shown the piece. The collector decided to trade me for another Florida token I had and he needed for his book. A token that was also unique, though other examples have to exist. This now completes the know examples of Floridian chips with denominations of 1, 10, 25, 50 and 100 (with the 25 and 100 currently single examples known)
