let me ask a novice question.
I see a lot of $25 chips for sale on the Board for face value plus shipping most of the time. I know they can be found at dealers tables at the convention or through trades for prices usually amounting to a few bucks (if not current chips.) Now my question is, if a person pays $4 for a $25 chip should he sell it for face value? Am I to assume the seller has bought those chips for $25 and is recouping their initial outlay? Am I missing something here?
