I have a pair of dice with an indian head design, that I suspect is an Illinois illegal, but I don't have an ID. I'll post a pic later, but it's more of a chief's "headdress" rather than the simple feathers.

Taylor & Co sold a number of chips with similar indian head designs, but the ones I can find are "feathers down" instead of "feathers up".
