I don't have time to go into all the angles, but most of us should consider having more than one PayPal account. It is allowed by PayPal. You can have separate accounts for separate email addresses. I know you can have at least two accounts. You can have a BUSINESS PayPal account for situations where you have to accept a credit card payments. For example, you are selling on eBay. All receipts to such accounts entail fees to PayPal. ............ ........ You can have a PERSONAL PayPal account (with links to a small bank account) for sending money amongst friends and others who also have PERSONAL PayPal accounts and don't want to pay PayPal fees. PERSONAL PayPal accounts, as a practical rule, can't accept credit card-funded PayPal payments, and there is no fee on accepting non-credit card-funded PayPal payments.
