Some dealers still have stock of the "big window" 2 1/2" cardboard holders but I am told they are no longer manufactured. CT Rodgers still had some at last years Convention.

Also, Howdy Herz was selling the 2 1/2 x 3 1/2 holder shown below the last time I checked. They have the big window as well.
