If what everyone wants is simply a discussion about condition/value, I'm sure the topic can be covered during the "Ask the Masters" seminar.

Wayne and I are trying to find out if there is a desire for a full (1-2 hour) session dealing with the issue of grading chips. Think along the lines of the universal numbering discussions held the past two years. Is anyone here willing to participate as a panel member for such a forum and even more, will anyone attend?
