I am in 100% agreement with your post. While Chuck's response to the posting of his email was harsh, one must look at what caused the response. I would venture to bet that many here would have reacted very strongly had this happened to them. A bad situation all the way around. I also feel one person is unfairley taking the brunt of the blame for this event! Hopefully it can be overcome and we can move beyond this issue. It has happened before and we have!
