I am sure someone will be able to correct me if I am wrong but I will give this a try. The chip is French and I believe from Monte Carlo and an Antique bakelite with silver 20 inlaid filagree. I am not sure of the years of use but I can tell you that they usually go for about $20 maybe more in very nice condition like this. Nice chip!
