Guy lists an chip on ebay, screws up the listing, includes a cheap buy it now option, another guy bids and buys the chip with the buy it now, he promptly pays via paypal. Seller realizes the screwup and emails buyer notifying him that the sale was listed incorrectly and will not sell for the bid/sale price. He quickly returns payment however ebay fees are applied to the buyers payback leaving him less than the original payment. Buyer now has to explain to seller he still owes him change from ebay charges.
