I am no expert, but the Monte Carlo chip on the right seems to have the same hot stamp as another chip from the Monte Carlo Club in Las Vegas. If you look at James new book on page 122, there's a pic of a red chip with a black strip across it. The hot stamp font appears to be the same. Your chip seems kind of strange that it is green on the inside. Is it painted?

I've seen that Bally's chip before, just can't place it.
