The woman who I bought the original chip find from said her husband (who worked for the Bauer's auto dealership) told here they were Joe Bauer's personal chips... but with the quantity of Red and Blue kind of suggests maybe not.

I'll go along with the recorded research (Trimble) that they were used at the Arrowhead... and I still believe there was at least one reorder involved w/ the whole inventory; possibly why the other colors.

The story about the same graphics being on Bauer's playing cards never panned out, according to my converstions with USPC who claim to not have any record of such order... and I'm still interested in learning why the two torches. The Bauer's came over to this country from Germany in the early-1800s, I was told.

I have one nice YELLOW available and one with an edge chip.
