I think for the most part Mark did not include the stackers. I think some time back he said he was thinking about including them but I don't know that he ever decided to do so. A few places only had stackers and are tough to find - like the Flamingo Capri. I do not have any idea of the value of a Reef ashtray - the chips are good though.
