On a Las Vegas related message board, I recently saw a post requesting info about moving there by a couple that is looking to retire. They wanted a condo or townhouse priced at $100k or less, and advice on good/bad neighborhoods. Someone provided a link to a real estate site that has over 4,000 Las Vegas homes (single family, condo and townhouse) for sale at $100k or less! Quite a few are in decent neighborhoods. If it had been this way five years ago, I would have moved there then!
