Its always tough to find a good HORSE game anywhere, I have had success getting a board started at the Venetian and at the Orleans. The Orleans always has a 4/8 half kill Omaha and sometimes an 8/16 that plays pretty loose. I haven't tried Ceasars for either, but there are always a lot of tables going in that room. Wynn & Bellagio always have slots on the board for Omaha but rarely do they get a full list to start a table. Keep in mind that no room really gets going until they have their first morning tournament.
