I just received a chip today that was mailed to me back on October 15. It came with an apology from the postmaster because the package was "stuck" in a sorting machine and nobody knew it was there until they did maintenance on the machine after Christmas. The chip would have been destroyed but luckily it was sent in an air-tite so the chip survived.
