I have a running battle going on with the post office as I have reported before. The most amazing thing to me was not that the counter attendants did not know the rules but when I complained to the Postmaster she said that she didn't know anything about what the rates should be. Then even worse, when I complained to the customer service people they didn't know anything about how the rates worked either and it had to get raised up to the supervisor. Even that supervisor had to be convinced that I was following THEIR rules and was right.
