On top is the LCV.
The one on the left is darker and also bolder letters.
The one on the right is lighter and also thinner letters.

The $1.00 Four Queens chips I got in 2000 the year I started collecting, there might be some newer $1 from the other collectors.

Please note that I could not find in the blue light any markings at all.

As to dates of release(s) I have not idea,
