Would you say that this RES-25 chip is in better condition than the one offered on ebay based on the two images ... and if so ... do you think that this one would have possibly brought a higher price?

My point to Mr. Spragg (and others) is that nobody really knows what other chips are housed in everyone else's collections out there.
