How? Did Microsoft send a private message to their competition telling them that they (the competition) may be hurting the industry by undercutting them? No comparison, because MS was already selling their product for less than they could have, and actually made competing products look more affordable.

You and I might have responded differently. Rene launched a public attack on Chuck. You choose to fault Chuck. I choose to fault Rene for not responding to Chuck's email before making their differences public. This fray isn't Chuck Smorse's doing.
