Rene's six dollars a chip isn't on all the new issues. He's not running a new issue service at below cost to drive out competitors. Look at his site. He's offering some chips at $6.00. This is to attract business. Thats a far cry from the claim that he's attempting to drive out competition by unreasonably pricing his chips. And apparently when one considers shipping costs not all of his prices apparently undercut others.
"If someone wants to practically give away his goods in order to drive a competitor out of business, then raise the price afterwards, we have what's known as dumping"
It is virtually impossible for one actor in the market to successfully pull this off unless that actor is already the dominant force in the market, or has assets which greatly exceed the combined assets of the other market actors.
I really doubt Rene has the capability of undercutting the market to the point where he could destroy the market.
