I had joined the club early enough to have known Bruce for a few years. Though we only touched briefly as my collecting interests were different than his, no one could forget his smile or sense of humor.
It was always an event to watch him preside over our A/C club auctions.

However brief, I consider myself lucky to have known someone who was a true gentleman in every respect
