() Because I never saw such a post?
In fact on 11/5 I received an email from James saying the book was for sale.
I posted this information on the baord shorty after that or the same day.
And I don't recall ONE person making any follow up post saying... "Hey make sure you order from James to support the hobby"?
Now, someone comes on this board and claims everyone that ordered from Amazon and B&N are the worst people to walk to earth.
Truely Amazing!
