They are common in that they are still in use. Those who collect No Cash Value chips would probably be interested. Caesars may track BIG promo chips by serial numbers but not the 100's. I told the cashier I wanted to pick out nice ones for collectors and she let me look through a stack. Nobody wrote down serial numbers.
