She spent five paragraphs excoriating Dell because when she had a problem with her new Dell and tried to call in she got robooted around until after 25 minutes she spoke with a technical person who had an Indian or Pakistani accent ; she was unable to understand her. Last night I had the same problem when new Dell would start; I spent 27 minutes before finally getting a live person who also spoke either hindi, Pakastani or Indian; in any event she spoke so fast I could not understand her. Finally, I yelled S L O W D O W N ! and when she finally did slow down, suddenly the DELL rebooted. I guess Dell has outsourced its technical people to India or somewhere. On the other hand it appears that the computer listens to it's master and when the master gets thoroughly P****ed it stops screwing around with him.
