The way I read it one the AC board is that was the way they were sold. I would suggest contacting Bernie Sloan. He seems to know what we do not.
Did I miss that info at the meeting???
The way I remember it, the chips you sold to the club members at face were the only chips being sold to the public.
At least at the Trop I was told directly that the employees were getting their chips first and then the collectors.
