I would say Avg. is 6. I have seen 5 and most have 7.
"2. Do all tables have the same color chips with differt symbols or #'s designating each?"
Most do, but not always. For some odd reason Binions has 3 tables with 7 colors and 1 table wiith 6. Table D has never had the green chip put in play as far as I know. Here is the current chips Casino Royale is using on their two tables. Which BTW has one wheel between them.
"3. Do you think electronic tables will be the norm in let's say the next ten years?"
I have no idea. Some Casinos have put them in play only to remove them. Others hang onto them. My observations are not many people play them. Hooters has electronic roulette and the tables with chips are always crowded, but only 1 or 2 people around the electronic version. I think the casinos bottom line will dictate if they stay or not.
"4. I know it's a inventory thing but if you pay to posses the chips for play why do they get bent on you taking them, you did pay for them!"
As mentioned by Dave the chips can be introduced back into the game at a higher value as they have no denomination on them.
