Last I heard, Buffett was having some problems in Atlantic City. The Gaming Board is insisting that Buffett obtain a gaming license to buy the casino. Buffett does not want to do this, as it would make him have to publicly list his assets.

I think he opened a Margaritaville restaurant at the Mohegan Sun. It is in CT, not NYC. I have not heard of any plans for Buffett to buy the casino.
