I think it's true that the number of occasions on which casinos have re-ordered commemorative (or designated "LE") chips is rather small. And I think I remember reading that Nevada regs now prohibit this practice.
In my mind, the only meaningful distinction is between rack chips and everything else (call 'em whatever you like, LE's, commems, "non-rack" chips, pretty pictures, money gougers, take your pick). ----- jim o\-S
