Making a stack of 20's is Illegal and fixing chips is currently not.

Now dont get me wrong, as I dont support fixing chips whatsover.

However if we have current club members asking someone else to fix chips for them I cant put all the blame on the guy fixing them.

After all, like I said, if he does not provide the service, someone else will.

Unless the demand can be stopped you will never stop the suppliers.

Again, just my humble opinion.
