In other words you didn't look, you just made up an answer.
You answered the request for a refund with No Refunds
Now you brag that you gave her a refund. Sure after Debbie went to PayPal and held payment and filed a claim.
You have no integrity and your name should be Waffle Master, wanted for evading all direct answers.
Are you able to answer one simple question with one straight answer?
WAS THE CHIP THE SAME ON BOTH SIDES?
If not, then this whole matter would have been solved without all the messages, filings and debate, no negative for you either, when you refunded the purchase price, because the item wasn't as advertised. That's easy. A person with values and honesty would have accepted that they made an error and would have issued a refund. No big deal, it happens all the time. But you can't face the truth and admit that you made up the answer, because you were too lazy to look and tell the truth! What did you think? That Debbie would pay $200+ for a common $7 value chip?
