I would like to personally thank you for letting..
Me know where NOT to buy my chips from. You postings make it clear that what you did was unethical and hopefully saved me some grief in the future and I will not be buying anything you sell.
My comments for what they are worth:
It does not matter if it was intentional or unintentional, you posted a fraudulent listing. You claim not to be an expert but you defend your position as if you were. You should have pictured both sides of the chip in the first place (your error). You should have confirmed your answer to any question before answering it (your error) If those things were done, this would not have happened. A bidder makes the bids based on the information YOU provide in your listing and answers to your questions.
You also should have apologized and OFFERED a refund to the buyer. A refund policy does not cover a fraudulent transaction. If it was an error, you should have been humbled and found a way to correct the problem, not compound it with a fight you will not win.
You have experts in this field telling you that another of your listings is incorrect and instead of thanking them and investigating it so you can make a correction and avoid this situation in the future, you get defensive and nasty about it. You made a mistake, investigate it and fix it. If you do not, it appears intentional.
What did you hope to accomplish here? All you did with all your postings is convince the rest of us that your auctions may not be what you list them to be and you do not handle issues honorably.
The above conclusions were easily reached after reading YOUR postings. What is in question here is not only your auctions but your character. Again, thanks for your postings. They just may have saved me a few bucks.
