Re: Bad ebay experience...
With all do respect sir, the Chip after the Listing was posted, was packaged and ready to be shipped to the winning bidder, as eBay suggests that SELLER'S do, THAT is exactly what we did. So to open that package, for every question that was received, is not cost effective for us, from a Business point of view, furthermore we DO NOT DODGE LEDGITIMATE QUESTIONS, about any of our Items up for Auction. When a BIDDER makes a bid on an Item, it is a Binding Contract, at ANY Auction weather it be eBay or Christie's in New York, if you have any doubts, DON'T BID, very simple. As far as this perticular Item in question, the Description was taken DIRECTLY from The Official U.S. Casino Chip Price Guide, page 72, and does NOT DEFINE the Error, rather just listed as a (Halloween 2000. Double Sided Error.), if there was a mistake made by the Author's, we cannot be held liable, for what is in print. We Auction a wide variety of Items, and have never claim to be Casino Chip experts, we also Privately Auction millions of dollars of Items, over the course of a year, and have been doing so for the past 25+ Years, with 0 Complaints and Thousands of very satisfied Customer's, eBay is a new venue for us and we are still learning. If we made a mistake, that is besides the point here because the Winning Bidder received a FULL PURCHASE PRICE REFUND, from PayPal, at OUR request, the Item we received was NOT in the SAME Condition it was shipped to the winning bidder in, and that is all the Information we can give you at this point. We hope this addresses your questions and concerns. Thank You for your input concerning this matter.
