I SAW THE EMAILS........and the only thing i saw on your part was quotes from the
price guide....how you don't do refunds.....and how you have been in business for years...and
that your intention was to do nothing to resolve the issue.....
that is why it ended up has being turned over to paypal.....WHO RESOLVED IT BY FINDING THAT
YOU WERE WRONG.......
You should apologize to all....especially Debby....and then either change your ways...or
just go away...................
